The modern science is close to
creation of Homo longevus, a
long-living man. Armies of biologists, geneticists, gerontologists
and other scientists are trying to resist aging and hinder this
process for a long time to avoid premature death, which is so
common among modern people...
Their main goal is to make people live
at least 150 years or more so that they could enjoy good condition
of health all the time. To achieve this, organ transplantation,
genetic engineering, bionics and cryogenics are used. We believe
that it is Natural Hygiene
that is entitled to become the philosophy of health and productive
longevity for the coming new civilization. Therefore, it is
necessary to protect and promote Natural Hygiene. And we must
stress the difference between true ("pure") Natural
Hygiene and becoming more popular reformist Natural Hygiene that,
like medicine, uses just formal methods.
Our main goal is to provide filtered
"ecologically pure" information about Natural Hygiene as
of main way to health and longevity. We are for true
Natural Hygiene without those distortions that are
inevitably introduced by both reformist naturopaths and practical
medicine, which using some Natural Hygiene methods ignores its
theory incompatible with the theory of orthodox medicine. It has
already happened with fasting therapy, also called therapeutic
fasting.
We concentrate knowledge about naturism.
According to true Natural Hygiene it should be taken into account
that for health, physical and intellectual activity and longevity
the "methods" are not so important as the possibility of
the body to cure itself and become younger. The first and the main
condition for lifespan extension and SUPER longevity is natural
diet, i.e. nutrition according to genetic program of the body that
stimulates physical activity. We promote active lifestyle that can
be highly compatible with increasing demands of civilized people
and, undoubtedly, resist aging process. We believe that health is
mainly measured not by physical power but endurance.
